We refer to the announcements made on 10 June 2009, 10 September 2009, 14 December 2009 and 28 December 2009. The Board of Directors of Tamadam wishes to further announce that Tamadam has agreed to mutually terminate the MOU entered between Tamadam and Netz Toyota Kyoto because the parties could not agree on the terms and conditions of the joint venture arrangement.
