The Board of Directors of Tamadam wishes to announce that Dreamspire Logistics Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tamadam, had on 14 October 2009, being the date provided in the Certification of Change of Name and issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”), changed its name to Tamadam Marketing Sdn Bhd.
The company received the Certificate of Change of Name from the CCM on 20 October 2009.
