The Board of Tamadam Bonded Warehouse Berhad ("Tamadam") would like to announce the proposed change of the company's name from "Tamadam Bonded Warehouse Berhad" to "Brahim's Holdings Berhad".
The proposed change of company name is subject to the approval of shareholders at a General Meeting which will be convened at a later date. The change of company name will be effective from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name by CCM.
