We refer to your announcement dated 16 May 2011 in respect of the above matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-
1. Particulars of contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by
Tamadam, arising from the Proposed Acquisition.
2. Details of the price-earning-ratio and price-to-book ratio of the
comparable public-listed companies which are involved in similar or closely
similar business activities with that of DHost.
